Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Client" means the person who books an appointment with Annie's Beauty Clinic.

  • "Clinic" means Annie's Beauty Clinic.

  • "Services" means the beauty treatments offered by the Clinic, including but not limited to waxing, facials, massages, and injections.


2. Appointments

  • Appointments must be made in advance.

  • The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if the client does not show up or cancels within the cancellation period.

  • The cancellation period is 48 hours notice.

  • If the client cancels within the cancellation period, they will not be charged.

  • If the client provides less than 48 hours notice, they will be charged a cancellation fee (exceptions can be made at our discretion).

  • The cancellation fee is the deposit of the service booked. (Deposits are chargeable on most treatments that cost over £50 and is 20% of the total price of the treatment.) 


3. Lateness

  • If the client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, the Clinic reserves the right reschedule appointments, ensuring that other Clients appointments are not impacted by this, and charge the Client the full price of the treatment, if considered appropriate.

4. Personal Belongings

  • The Clinic cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions whilst on the premises. Please take care of your belongings and leave them in a safe place during your appointment.


5. Client Obligations

By booking a treatment with us, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to make purchases.

  • You are not ordering on behalf of someone else.

  • You will use your legal name, address, and date of birth.

  • You will provide any other details reasonably requested, such as your medical history.

  • You are not suffering from any condition that requires immediate professional medical attention.


6. Liability

  • The Clinic will not be liable in contract, or otherwise, for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they provide the Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. The Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.

  • The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, the Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit the Clinic's liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the Clinic's negligence.

7. Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We offer excellent service and use only the best products, but we cannot guarantee results. If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, we cannot offer refunds.

  • Everyone's skin is different, and we cannot control how your skin will react to our treatments. However, we do offer a free consultation so that we can assess your skin and discuss your expectations. We will also provide you with aftercare instructions to help you get the best results from your treatment.
